Areas of Expertise

There are five main ways that I can help with your event production:

  1. Pre-production: Liaison with clients, speakers, venues and suppliers, presenting and pitching creative ideas to Board level clients, managing event budgets, producing cost forecasts and obtaining competitive quotes, generation of onsite documentation (onsite schedules, technical running orders, rehearsal schedules, status reports etc)
  2. Content generation: Recommending creative content, drafting scripts and editing existing presentations to ensure a clear message is delivered.
  3. Content management: Working with designers to produce creative concepts, speaker support graphics, 3D animation, video and set and stage designs.
  4. Speaker rehearsals: Coordinating rehearsals and training both novice and experienced speakers to deliver a performance on stage. A rehearsal session moves the presenter away from focusing simply on content to considering their voice, body language and available presenting tools.
  5. Onsite delivery: Leading the onsite team or working as part of a larger team to ensure a slick and professional event. My onsite skills include producing, show calling, stage management and speaker training
